Raúl Gonzalez, III: Hello, my name is Raúl Gonzalez the Third, AKA Raúl the Third. My name is sometimes difficult for some people to pronounce because it means that you have to roll your R's and that's done by rolling your tongue towards the front of your mouth like this. If you can't do it, though, don't feel so bad. I'm bilingual so I speak both Spanish and English. I really love listening to all kinds of different pronunciations for my name.

I was just in Chicago and I had many people calling me Rayul. I thought that was pretty cool. Raul works just fine. And for my books, you'll notice that my pen name is Raúl the Third. Now the reason for that is that my son is Raúl the Fourth, my grandpa was Raúl the First, and my dad, since he's the second, is Junior, but my abuelita who didn't speak English very well, she would always call him Yunior.
