Gwen and her dogs have made it out of Moon City, but the Braxans are right behind them. In the ruins of an abandoned town, the pack find the perfect spot to lay low: an old shopping centre, full of nooks and crannies to explore. But it soon becomes clear that they aren't the only ones who know about their new safe haven. Will the other residents turn out to be friends, or enemies?
